Throughout the year, students cater various events both on campus and off-campus.

With catering, students obtain practical hands on training in creating a special event for each client. Students will take a meeting with the client, note all the details required to facilitate the event, and then create a menu specific to the clients needs. Catering is full service- soup to nuts.
